Medicine change once again...

I saw my Neuro. yesterday who has been treating me for about a year. We really have made no progress. I did once during the summer when I first tried Topamax and got up to 100mg, but that only lasted about 3 months. Since I have been struggling to survive these daily Migraines daily life with a family is extreemly hard.
